I was initially going to give this a one star due to the seller giving me the run around about shipping. They posted a tracking two weeks prior to giving the packages to FedEx. Seller claimed that FedEx is too busy and is only picking up shipments once a week but it still took two weeks before FedEx actually had the boxes.
They also fail to mention that it will be in two separate boxes that come at separate times and you only see one tracking . The second box showed up a day later which wouldnt have been a big deal if I just knew what the heck was going on. Also wouldnt have got my kids excited if I knew there was more boxes on the way.
Quality of the trampoline itself is sort of okay.
PROS: The jumping surface and springs seem to be of reasonable quality. The lower supports and main frame seem sturdy once assembled and while jumping. Its nice that you dont have to purchase a ladder separately.
CONS: All of the metal pieces are covered in grease and tiny metal shavings. For the price they should have been powder coated and not galvanized. The spring cover is made of pink plastic tarp that wont hold up to the elements. The safety net supports are padded with cheap pipe insulation (like a pool noodle but much thinner) and the caps that hold the top straps in place are so flimsy you sware youre going to break them just sliding them on. Typical Chinese product with terrible assembly instructions even though it is pretty simple if you have any mechanical aptitude.
If this was a 250 trampoline the CONS wouldnt have bothered me so much. This is no better than the 250 box/store special but costs twice as much. If you cant find any other options and are willing to put up with the negatives I mentioned then this trampoline will work. If you can wait I would save the extra 250 or spend a little more and get your kids a nicer one.
If youre desperate for a trampoline.
