    Narrow.

    Chair is comfortable. Reasonably easy to assemble. Looks nice. Will see how it holds up. The seat width is NARROW. 15 1/2 wide. I am medium size and slip in OK. Any wider and I would be sitting on the bolster. Full size wont fit. however I would not recommend anyone buy this.
