Recently, one of its bolts went missing owing to which one armrest became loose. My fault, because I did not tighten the bolt, which fell and was lost. I reached out to the supplier for the specs of the bolt. But to my surprise, they sent me a a pack of spare bolts. Cant thank them enough. Very good customer service!! This was definitely a good choice.
