This couch is really elegant/especially in forest green velvet, with clean, simple lines. Instructions were straight forward; assembly required more than a little elbow grease, particularly with hinge on bottom. Inclusion of allen wrench helpful. Some effort, but not difficult. Helpful to have two people for handling, assembly, and turning couch over. Back of couch raises and lowers easily. Couch seats two adults comfortably, and firmness is welcome. Converts to a bed simply by lowering back from upright position. Perfect for the occasional overnight guest, or to simply relax and read a book, or window ge with favorite beagle, Rudy. This is a sturdy, quality product, at a great price. Highly recommend! Good and inexpensive
