This chair is very well made. Quality material is used. Stitching is perfect. Only complaint I have is how short the screws are for the plastic covers that go on the sides of the chair. You have to really want it to get those screws to take. The chair is very firm but not hard. I feel like the foam is going to last several years. It took only 2 days for this chair to arrive to my house. Looks atmospheric
