Safe arrived in good order. Packaging was very solid with no damage. Instructions were easy to follow for combination setting and set/up. Not a heavy duty safe but, exactly what I wanted, a solution for quick access to locate in my closet of one long gun and one pistol for home defense and child safety. Would be suitable for four long guns if needed. Customer support was very responsive to a question about weight made prior to my purchase. Very appropriate for my need. Not suitable for numerous weapons (more than four or so) or important documents if fire proof is a requirement.
