I purchased two versions of this, one with two hanging rods and one with one rod. The two/rod rack is fabulous. AVOID the ONE/rod rack at all costs. The design of the hanging rod attachment is different than the other rack and is utterly idiotic. It attaches to the small shelf wires rather than the shelfs thicker end wiresyou know, the ones that are meant to provide the main structural support. So, any weight on the rod and those small wires bow terribly. Not to mention that you are relying on the smaller welds to hold all that weight. Also, the rod is not secure in the holder, and slides back and forth easilyso easily that if you push the clothes to one side or another, the rod slides right out of the brackets and drops all the clothes on the floor. Adding insult to injury, this rack arrived with broken and missing pieces. Its going back.
The two/rod rack arrived in perfect condition and went together easily. They even included a spare plastic clip. The rack seems very sturdy, and the rod stays put. I loaded it up with a lot of weight and its fine. Very happy with this onebuying another.
Average between the two, since I cant review them separately, is three stars: 5 for the two/rod, zero for the one.
