I spent a lot of time reading these reviews before deciding to purchase. There arent a lot of biometric safes at this price point. Many of the negative reviews were from people who did not follow the set up instructions. There is a nice warranty card that comes with company contact information. They are very responsive and have already offered to send me the free door organizer. Overall pretty happy with the purchase. Did not disappoint
