The product arrived and had a tear in the plastic, but the delivery driver assured me the product hadnt been damaged. Unfortunately when I opened it, it was ripped about two inches right in the middle on the top/front of the headboard. We wanted a replacement but were only given the options of returning it or keeping it with a 50 credit. Had we been given a larger credit, we may have kept itbut it was in such a noticeable spot, and there wasnt a seam around the tear to fix it without being blatantly obvious. I really liked it besides the tear and am bummed it didnt work out. Overall you got what you paid for.
