The couch alone for the size purchased is around 5 grand for the real version. It fit through my apartment door with ease. My door width is 36 inches. Easy to put the legs on as well. It will fit in an elevator out of the box and paid for the furniture to be set up (couch only), but my driver unboxed both and set up. Would recommend purchasing again and I will be getting another. Very pleased with this purchase
