Great Customer Service! I am Acitive Duty Military and bought a Polycarbonate Gazebo in April 2022. I was supposed to redeploy in May and as unexpected things happens, I was extended until July 2022. Upon arrival I found the Polycarbonate Gazebo waiting in the Garage for me to assemble. When I opened the package I noticed a bend in 1 of the Gazebos legs, as stubborn as I am I decided to assemble it. After a few days the slight bend became unstable and the leg collapsed, thank God no one was hurt! I called as I was passed the 30 day return window. We reached out to customer service and they completely understood and sent me out a replacement leg, I was very grateful! I even ordered the Galvanized Steel Version as well. The first 3 pictures are of the GS Gazebo and the last one is of the Polycarbonate Gazebo both from ! Thank you so much for all your help and customer support
