This is a beautiful piece of furniture for my book nook. It was very easy to put together. The velvet feels great. It isnt super cushy, nor is it overly firm . My one complaint is that the buttons leave indents on my tush thighs when I sit too long on it, and I may end up removing them if they do become a nuisance. The ones on the backing dont seem to be a bother. simple yet awesome design
