I was skeptical on ordering a couch on but read the reviews and looked the customer pictures and am pretty happy! It is pretty firm but Im hoping once my family uses it more it will soften a bit. The storage under the chaise is pretty big. I was able to put it all together by myself it was easy. That fabric is soft. No complaints yet except the firmness which isnt that big of a deal for me. Its a good product
