I got this sofa for our basement in the Northeast, which those who live here know, theyre small, especially when your house is over 100 years old! Overall, Id say its good for the dollar, but it isnt as sturdy as Id like. My cats approve!
Pros:
/Packaged wonderfully, arrived in great condition
/Easy to assemble, really only had to work at putting the legs on
/Soft fabric, beautiful color
/Arrives in pieces so it can be brought through doorways easily
/wide seat length (butt to knees)
Cons:
/Uses a bracket system to assemble, making the actual assembled pieces fairly loose
/my chaise piece is pre/assembled slightly off, so it doesnt line up right
/the arm to the chaise side is so loose it doesnt sit upright
/ the hollow pieces (chaise and when the bed is pulled out) are not very solid. My husband is 66 and average build (230lbs.) and it crunched when he sat on it
/low to the ground, check the measurements
/low backrest height, these come up well below the shoulders on an average person Its so pretty
