I was pretty angry when I receive this item, but the customer service provide a very good response to change my opinion.
Order was placed for Thanksgiving family visit but I waited after New Years for assembling. It was busy on holiday seasons I understand, Not fun that my relatives are sleep on the sofa for a month or so. But assembling was very good and Sturdy I could tell, my family was all very please for the quality. maybe I was waiting for several reschedule and dont even want to give it a review Until now.
Six months later, when I need to move my bed to other room and asked the seller mail me the manual book, it came back the same day. Customer service is even better than the bed. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.
