Chair is nice, however; the hardware was not easy to find. They were inside under the base of the chair. The company was quick with helping me to find them. It took awhile to put together be nothing lined up just right so it took a while to got the screws to go in. And the delivery company dropped it off not by the house. In the end we are happy with the chair, its comfortable and looks good. not happy at all
