Was delivered on time. Chair and ottoman looks great. When I opened the box the first thing on top is a paper that tells you where to find the legs and hardware. The paper says to open the zipper on the seat cushion to get them out. But there were no pieces in any of the zipped cushions. I I contacted the seller and with in hours I got a reply. They explain the pieces were in the seat frame and you had to open the Velcro to get them out. All in all , Im very happy with my purchase and with the sellers response to me. Better then I thought
