The chaise lounge is confy, the foam pad is stiff and over time should soften to an even more comfortable level. The legs are hefty looking and should hold well with time. There was a small dent(due to poor delivery handling) on the side of the chair it was noticeable only from the inside of the storage location. The fabric was not damaged or had any blemishes from it. I am very satisfied with my purchase and recommended this chair to my friend and family. Like it a lot
