Nice sturdy bed confusing instructions, missing C1 piece for stairs. contacted CS and they said that they would send one but never got it winged it with some wood from Lowes.
UPDATE/ the seller made it right shipped us the missing piece, it just took awhile to get here due to covid. Ill give 4 stars due to the confusing instructions.

Do not buy this bed, trundle and bottom bunk broken at the point where wooden planks go across. Not the planks themselves, but the support beams that hold the planks. For as much money as this bed costs, I expected much better quality. Previously 4 stars, now 0 stars. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
