So i always liked these beds for toddlers so i was excited to receive it. When i screwed in one of the screws a piece of wood came out the other end and i contacted the seller and sent me it immediately! I honestly was so shocked i didnt have to go back and forth but we are obsessed! Ive been taking naps with my baby in this bed thats how much i love it Much better than expected
