its been only 4 months since I got it and its already falling apart. I recommend this bed for a small kid , no adults or teenagers allow or it will fall apart like in the picture. Im contacting the manufacture to get parts , Ill keep you posted if I get any response.
I got a update: 9/26/22
The company got back to me and gave us a new box for one of the Loft beds. They were pleasant to me when trying to come up with a solution. Even though they did not manufacture the same parts for your bed. I dont have too much time to be assembling a whole bed but it was nice of them to offer me a new one so Im satisfy with this company. Quality seems to be good so far
