Excellent customer service as I was in a panic because only one of the two cartons arrived. They responded within hours to let me know the second carton will arrive the next day. And it did! As an active, and strong, 65 year old I was able to assemble this sofa with ease in about 45 minutes. The video helped a lot. All parts were included and well identified. Corners were all square and all parts fit together nicely. As to the sofa itself, well, mine looks exactly like the picture! Love the fabric and the ability for all cushions to be moved around as needed. Very comfortable for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. So impressed with this product.
