I was able to assemble this bed in 30 minutes, supper easy and everything was included. My son helped me put the parts together but aside from that I assembled it all alone. It is only 8 form the ground so we ought buy a box spring to give it heights. The aming thing is the headboard is adjustable so once we get the box spring we can raise the headboard. I highly recommend this product. Good price as well
