It was easy to assemble. Its not super squishy or soft / but isnt uncomfortable. Color is blueish grey, but more blue than grey. Cushions are shrunk wrapped and main cushion (long one) is thicker slightly from the shrunk wrapped cushion for side and stool. IT is EXACTLY like pictured. Beautiful
