Excellent customer service and high quality in a sturdy bunk bed
I would not say its easy / but it is doable for two people to put this together in a few hours. When we did, we found that there was one missing part for the under/bed drawers. I contacted the customer service email and they responded by the next day / a couple of days later, the missing part arrived by FedEx air / and the bunk beds were complete. They are solid, with lots of storage space, which is super important for NYC apartments / highly recommended. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
