Bought this couch and chaise for my new apartment because IKEA has been closed during the pandemic. Assembly was supereasy, and it looks great in my apartment. After a week w/ the couch, I can say it's on the firm side, but that's to be expected. It feels sturdy so far, and I can both sit and lay down on it comfortably. Also, I greatly appreciated that the delivery crew brought it right into my living room (up 2 flights of stairs and through a narrow-ish doorway), despite Covid concerns. originally gave me a 12-hour delivery window, but when it came down to it, they delivered at a reasonable hour and arrived on time after calling to say they were on the way. I would recommend this couch to other people.
