Can totally feel the bars underneath the mattress.
Over all this cot looks great, but my 50 pound 8 year old totally feel the bars under the mattress. So be prepared to spend more money on making the cot mattress more comfortable or just buy a higher quality cot to begin with.
Then again you can just throw the mattress out and lay directly on the bars which is pretty much what the cot feels like anyway. Im disappointed that this item is not what it appears to be. not satisfied with product
