I am having a terrible time with this company. I was told the vanity would come in three boxes. Two came 6/15 around noon. The third box (which was supposed to contain the light bulbs) never arrived even though FedEx reported it was delivered 6/15 at 4:37pm. I reported this to and they only repeated what FedEx stated. TWICE!
Now that the vanity has been assembled, we discover the WRONG mirror was sent. We received the mirror WITHOUT the lighting kit. I bought the vanity WITH the led lights, but I received the plain mirror. I reported this new problem to this morning.
Can you please assist me in getting all this straightened out?
