Grateful that was able to send me a replacement and between the two benches we received, we were able to get one put together. The company reached out and offered a percentage refund for the trouble which was appreciated. Luckily it wasnt too much trouble getting the bad parts returned. I love the bench and it fits perfectly in our space for shoes, but it was a bit of a process getting here.
