With a lot of shortages in stores, buying a new couch was nearly impossible! We ordered this couch on a whim and it was here in 3 days. Easy to assemble and super stylish. It is very firm memory foam so when you sit it takes a while to soften. I would say this couch is best for a space where you want to make a statement and maybe not hang out all of the time. I dont mind the firmness and we are definitely keeping the couch! We havent tried sleeping on it, but I agree that a foam topper is probably a must. Cute and good quality
