Chairs OK; seem well made, right size for us and provide firm support. Two chairs were purchased; but, both boxes severely compromised and packing inside boxes provided little protection for chairs, one of which had slight damage to fabric as shown in photo. Manufacturer was notified regarding damage, but provided no real assistance. Also, the instructions and hardware provided for mounting the swivel base were inadequate, as the boltheads were too small to engage the four holes in the swivel base and the thin washers provided were not adequate.
