I was very hesitant to buy furniture online. Prime plus free returns convinced me! If you are looking for a quality chair for a forever home, this is definitely not it. It looks and feels low end. I expected from the other reviews that the seating was firm. It is stiff with little hope of 'breaking in'. I am 140 pounds 5-4 and I felt the chair was not adequate. My husband is 5-9 230 lbs. The chair looked visibly stressed when he was in it!
The fault is mine. I don't know why I expected/hoped for more at this price point. Having said that....at THIS price point, they ARE nice chairs. They came well packaged. They were easy to put together and they are handsome looking. Just not what I need in my family room.
