I have watched this chair for 3 years! Finally I made the plunge. It took 15 minutes to put together. We couldnt wait to get done. It is comfortable but not too soft. It almost matches my couch so that is a big plus. The value is tremendous. Chairs furniture stores and double the price and they charge shipping. The only problem was the leftover screw with the wheel top. We finally figured out that it was a support screw that you access in the zipper pouch where you find the extra parts. So turn the chair over, open the pouch, find the screw hole and screw it in by hand then zip it shut. It is on the back side on the inside of the pouch. Done! Update: I bought a second chair and an ottoman. Put it together myself. Redesigned the entire room. Moving out the dated tv towers was the worst part!
