I just received this treadmill last week and so far I like it. I bought it because we dont have a lot of space for a full size/non/ treadmill. Its pretty heavy so I needed help getting it upstairs. It has wheels and I can slide it under the bed. It does take some effort to move it around but its not extremely heavy. I am 52 and have been able to walk and light jog on in. I dont feel comfortable running or sprinting on it. The remote has worked fine but I havent tried the Bluetooth feature. The belt had an alignment issue but the instruction pamphlet was helpful to fix it so the belt doesnt rub against one side of the treadmill. From my research, it does seem like you need to oil the belt before use. That can be a little challenging.
