I have put in about 100 miles on this treadmill since I bought it, and I am overall happy with it. It has a few drawbacks, but for the price, it gets the job done.
Pros: Compact, no installation required, works right out of the box. Fairly quiet, easy to use, simple controls. Its not exactly lightweight, but once youve got it where its going, it is easy to shift around. Perfect for walking and watching tv or listening to music, decent for running if youre more of a jogger like me.
Cons: Laughably inaccurate measurements, not even close on distance and speed. I have a very consistent pace and my watch is always spot/on. I will run my very typical 3 miles at 5 mph, and the treadmill will say I went over 5 miles at 8 mph+. The top speed isnt nearly as high as advertised, so this wont work for a faster runner. The running space is pretty small too, which doesnt bother me at all (5 6 with a short/ish stride length), but it wouldnt work very well for a taller person with a longer stride. Also, it begins to slip on longer runs, perhaps due to overheating. Anything over about 45 minutes near the top speed and the belt starts skipping here and there. Not enough to trip you up, but its irritating. The remote is tiny and is the only way to actually run the treadmill, so you have to be really careful not to misplace it.
I would buy it again, and its perfect for a casual walker/runner or a beginner.
Good beginner treadmill, terrible metrics
