Essentially very little assembly required. The in stability bar had some problems staying up, those instructions could have been clearer. There is 1 rubber plug that I have no idea where it came from, I purchased this to add nobility in my WFH day and CD an already tell that I will be e on it for meetings I have to attend but not actively participate in.
