I dont have much room for exercise equipment, so this treadmill works for me. Had I a dedicated place for a treadmill, Id opt for one that was a little bigger and sturdier, but this works just fine. Mind you, Im walking at a good clip, and not running // so I really dont know how it would hold up to that sort of stride or pounding.
