Awesome couch, worst delivery service I have ever dealt with.
Dont hestitate to buy the couch, but beware of the contracted delivery company! I recieved no fewer than 8 calls/emails about coordinating delivery and constant updates despite me telling them THREE times someone is home 24/7, no calls are needed, simply knock on the door! For those of us with real jobs this is a nuisance, as if you dont answer every contact they put your delivery on hold! Expected.
