This chair and are my accent pieces for the living room. They look great and are very comfortable. However, while the chair itself is easy enough to put together ONCE YOU GET IT INSIDE, it was how the chair was DELIVERED that was unacceptable. Why hire FedEx for a job like this? The delivery man said he COULD NOT bring it inside. He denied that the black marks on the side were from transport. He did take the chair and out of the huge, heavy box (Im 72), but he said he COULD NOT TAKE THE BOX AWAY like every other delivery person does, leaving me to try to dispose of the clunky box. Ive had about eight deliveries to my new home in the past two weeks, and this was the absolute WORST. Satisfied.
