The chair has firm back support. The seat is wide and comfotable. Know that the feet are in the zipper on the bottom of the chair and , in a pouch. I returned the first chair not seeing the feet. The instructioms are also in the pouch. This is my second purchase with Christopher Knight. Good quality. Great customer service. Like!
