Not only does this machine look deliciously chic sitting on my counter, but it makes a very comely cappuccino too! I never knew the features my former espresso machine was missing, like a powerful steam wand!! Boy does some strength behind the steamer make a ton of difference! I didnt know how the non/pressurized basket would work but it seems to have little or no effect on the finished product. I love that this machine has a sequence of steps that must be followed and lights to show the way. (I was making cappuccino backwards all this time!) I also love that cleaning is a snap and part of the coffee making protocol. All in all Im very happy with this purchase and I hope my new espresso machine lasts at least as long as my last one!
