I ordered this sofa in grey in december 2019. It came ahead of schedule with only a minor tear in the undercarriage fabric. No big deal. Assembly was easy enough but the connecting bit for the two pieces is a bit annoying to get in and sometimes comes undone when Im moving the sofa. The top cushion in the corner doesnt fit snug between the two parts which is fixable but not major.
The size of the sofa is perfect for our space and when littered with pillows is quite comfy. It is firm, but not unpleasant and it has softened over time. I would say it would be nice if it was a bit deeper. Taller people may not enjoy it as much.
Since the Covid/19 crisis, this sofa has been getting a TON on use, and I have to say, Im a very satisfied customer for the money. Its a whole lot of sofa for the and it looks great. Also, the fabric has held up super well to spills including red wine. 9/10, would recommend. Its a good product
