Great foe the price, sans pets and small kids

My husband and I looked around for a few months before deciding to take the leap with this couch. Weve had it for a little bit now and I think I have a good grasp of the quality. First, putting this together is definitely a two person job. The brackets dont align perfectly and are difficult to put together. Also, during assembly we quickly realized that the support legs dont even TOUCH the ground, rendering them completely useless without further leg lifts. We got the gray, which is more of a taupe gray and exactly what I was looking for. Im not a fan of cool/toned grays in the house, so the warm/tone is perfect for me and exactly what I expected after reading reviews. Despite my complaints on structure, this couch feels of much higher quality than similarly priced living room furniture that my husband and I found at local stores. The couch is very firm, but that is what I was wanting. Both my husband and I have bad backs and the firmness helps keep us pain/free. The materiel is a loose weave and not at all good for pets. Its not really even good for sitting on with blue jeans as it snags so easily. You can fix the snags by pulling the thread around it with your fingernail, but having to do this constantly is really annoying. We will probably be getting a couch cover or lining the seats with comfy blankets tucked in to avoid further damage. The material does not stain easily! Which is great because weve already spilled soda and soy sauce on it. And we have a baby that has spit up on it as well. Overall, I think this couch is a great option for the price, and even better if you dont have small children or pets. I was so excited to use it
