These are by far the best looking, most comfortable, and most affordableGUEST (I.E. not used for 8 hours a day) chairs out there. We have six in our office, and for the price they cant be beat. Im sure there are some lemons out there as with everything else made in this world, but our track record has been flawless. If they arent up to par, you can always return them. For the price, you have to at least try them! Love this product. No issues.
