I bought this from Walmart in 2012 and so far I have absolutely loved it. Its perfect for my apt. since its a studio and space is at a minimum and since its full size youre not really missing anything either.
When I first got it I was using a twin mattress with blankets stuffed along the edges so it felt a little unsteady but that was fixed with the correct mattress size. It can still move around a little but its pretty much the same as any other bunk/loft. For reference im 56 and 170 pounds.
The only thing that I would think is a con is that the desk area feels a little narrow. Its totally fine if you use a laptop or want it just for studying/writing but I had to angle my monitor a bit to get to to fit in the space. Its not horrible but I would keep that in mind. Good deal and was easy to put together.
