Massaging part is just vibration and load. Cant feel the heating unit.
Took teo people to assemble. Just sliding the brackets into each other. Nice recliner chair. Swivels and rocks. I like the rocking part but could deal without the swivel. But i dont like the vibration of the massager so i dont even have it plugged in. But over all for the price i like it for what it is. Too many parts. Assembly is a pain.
