It was not too bad to assemble, though the last section of it was had to flip the whole thing upside down to do that. Also some of the screws were deformed, thankfully they gave extra screws in it so I didnt have to stress. As for the item itself it was banged up and had a lot of bumps most of them were in the underside of the wood so they be not seen. Other than these things it holds weight really well took my pretty heavy microwave and mini oven plus boxes of food with room to spare. Pretty happy with it even with the minor annoyances.
