I received the first shipment of this item with one of the shelves not having all the proper bored holes machined, after I had already assembled about 50 of the unit. I called and they were as helpful as the system would allow them to be. I still had to disassemble everything and repack everything in the original box. provided return shipment labels at their expense. I received a replacement unit which had the shelf machined properly, but the magnet on the top of the unit for the door was broken off (no outside packaging damage was noted). I got a replacement at Lowes. The turn securement knobs that are used in assembling one part to another, did not in some cases secure very well. Fortunately, they provided some extra parts which I found one that secured better. The assembly instructions are lacking clarity and direction. The unit seems over priced for the quality of the unit. Its not bad its just not great.
