I needed a shorter coffee table for the dining room love seat. This pop up top provides handy access to files and stapler, stamp pad, etc, in a hidden storage space plus room for games and books. It was an excellent additional to reduce clutter and keep things handy. The wood is attractive, no wood grain, but fine for the price.
