Color a little dodgy, last part of assembly is tedious
The table is sturdy and well designed. Definitely a good deal for the money. The color I chose (espresso) is a hair too light and a hair too red for my taste... Its slightly different than pictured. Im not returning it, but only because it still somewhat matches the area (but does not match the other furniture in my apartment).
I usually do not minus a star for assembly because assembling furniture is usually not the most enjoyable process. There are always fiddly steps. I have assembled all of the furniture in my apartment (dining table, chairs, cat tree, work desk), and this piece was just a roller coaster.
The first 3/4 of assembly is a breeze. Adding the legs to the thing was fiddly but doable. The last four screws in the piece, the ones connecting the top to the legs, were so slow and uncomfortable to work on.
No matter what you do, you are doing at least one of the screws totally blind (unless you are ambidextrous and coordinated enough to use your non dominant hand, anyway. Im not). Youll be using an Allen key and your sense of touch to tighten it. There is only room to turn the Allen key 1/4 of a rotation at the time; I highly recommend tightening by hand as much as humanly possible (if you can even fit your hands into the space - I am a woman with medium small hands and it was pushing it).
Expect each of the final screws to take 10 minutes each. Dont get your hopes up too soon.
Anyway, Id buy again but only because I like a challenge and will gladly get another sturdy table for the price.
